Sorry, we're closed

Well, it's that day of the year now... On the 1st of January Tokyo turns into a ghost town, everything is closed and people are hardly moving about outside, too busy eating their osechi food and munching down those mocchis. Tomorrow will almost be the same, although some department stores will start their sales so there will be a little more action but not much.

Since my lovely company is a bit special, we're one of the few corporate entities that actually are open for business on the 2nd and 3rd of January and it will feel a bit strange going to the office since noone else is working...
